Orders ship within 2-4 business days of receiving payment. U.S. orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Home Delivery and includes tracking and insurance. 
I do my best to accurately describe and photograph my listed items. Please read the descriptions carefully. A return request must be made within 5 days of receiving an item and I must receive the item in the same condition in which it was sent or a refund will not be issued. Please contact me with any tracking info so I will know when to expect it. The cost of the item minus shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee will be refunded to the purchaser  within 7 days of receiving the item. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please repack your item carefully for shipping. I strongly advise purchasing insurance and tracking. If an item arrives back damaged due to insufficient packaging or if a package is lost, a refund will not be issued. Sale items, seconds, samples and special orders cannot be retured and are non-refundable.
I'm happy to ship directly to gift recipients and will include a complimentary gift note. Please contact me to make arrangements. Due to the excessive packing material required to ship ceramics, gift wrapping is not available at this time.
