- When will my order ship?
- Orders ship within 2-4 business days of receiving payment. All U.S. orders ship via Priority Mail with tracking and international order ship either First Class Mail International or Priority Mail International depending on the weight of the package. Sorry, I cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages or any import taxes or tariffs on international orders.
- Will my package be insured?
- Shipping charges do not include insurance unless otherwise noted in the product listing. If you would like to insure your package, please contact me via email: studio@kimwestad.com
- Do you accept returns?
- I want you to be happy with your purchase and will discuss returns on a case by case basis. Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges on returns and pieces must be returned in original condition.
- Can I purchase something as a gift?
- Absolutely! I'm happy to ship directly to gift recipients and will include a complimentary gift note. Please contact me to make arrangements.
- Do I have to pay sales tax?
- Sorry, packages shipped to a New York address (regardless of where the purchaser lives) will be charged 8.38% sales tax via PayPal upon checkout.
