SHOP POLICIES

SHIPPING: Orders ship within 2-4 business days of receiving payment. U.S. orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Home Delivery and includes tracking and insurance.
RETURNS: I do my best to accurately describe and photograph my listed items. Please read the descriptions carefully. A return request must be made within 5 days of receiving an item and I must receive the item in the same condition in which it was sent or a refund will not be issued. Please contact me with any tracking info so I will know when to expect it. The cost of the item minus shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee will be refunded to the purchaser within 7 days of receiving the item. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please repack your item carefully for shipping. I strongly advise purchasing insurance and tracking. If an item arrives back damaged due to insufficient packaging or if a package is lost, a refund will not be issued. Sale items, seconds, samples and special orders cannot be retured and are non-refundable.
GIFTS: I'm happy to ship directly to gift recipients and will include a complimentary gift note. Please contact me to make arrangements. Due to the excessive packing material required to ship ceramics, gift wrapping is not available at this time.

What forms of payment do you accept?: We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments through PayPal and Stripe.
How secure is this store?: This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?: No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
